Here at Offiss, we believe that workspaces should be so much more than four white walls. This is why we have created our unique, vibrant and inspiring boutique workspace. But it’s not just what’s inside the building that counts - the location of your workspace is also paramount to productivity, creativity, and the wellbeing of team members.

Our central location at Falcon Point, Park Plaza, offers nature, retail and hospitality right on the doorstep of Offiss. As our members work, they can gaze out on the breath taking views of the surrounding nature reserve and the enticing storefronts at the nearby designer outlet.

Working at Offiss gives you the chance to get away from your desk and explore a new environment, whether that means heading into the nature reserve for a peaceful walk, socialising over coffee, or shopping ‘til you drop at the high-end stores.

Work towards your wellbeing by walking into nature

The Mill Green and Hawks Green Valley Local Nature Reserve features lush meadows, pastures, woodlands and ponds. The reserve is home to hundreds of wildflower species, ancient oaks and fen. Wildlife drawn to this rich habitat include bird species such as song thrush, mallards and Canada geese.

A number of routes can be taken around the reserve, including a 1km circular walk, and a range of short and long walks on surfaced paths. This route can be taken to walk to and from Offiss to the train station or the town centre, allowing you to add nature into part of your daily commute or lunch break.

If one of your goals for this year is working on your wellbeing by walking more, having this space within eye-view of your desk will inspire you to get outside and get some fresh air. It has been proven that going outside and getting away from the screen has huge benefits on our happiness, creativity and productivity. Natural light, vitamin D and moving your feet will not just make you feel better, it will also make you a better worker!

McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands is the UK’s newest major fashion destination, having opened April 2021. The outlet has elevated the area by bringing together designer clothing brands such as Levi’s, Nike, Ted Baker, North Face, and more, and providing a host of restaurants and cafes including 200 Degrees Coffee, Starbucks, Wagamama, Five Guys, and Pizza Express.

There are a lot of days where many of us eat pre-made sandwiches at our desks at lunch and rush straight home after work, not taking the time to enjoy the day. But with the addition of the Designer Outlet as tone’s throw away from Offiss Workspace, this offers our team the chance to make the most of their lunch break or after work downtime by socialising and shopping.

It’s easy to get out of the office and meet a co worker for a coffee, arrange a lunch date, or plan to have dinner with a friend. Taking the time to enjoy each day and have a work-life balance is what we want to promote here at Offiss, with our flexible working, coworking areas, and hotspot location!
