Maggie Duncan is a YouTube Coach who offers training for experts and businesses to amplify their message, grow their business and attract dream clients through video.
After she and her husband started a successful YouTube channel which turned into a 5-figure business, she realised the power YouTube videos have to connect with an audience. Maggie then switched from building websites to helping people use YouTube videos to share their messages with their target audience.
We spoke to Maggie and asked her to share her business expertise:
What piece of advice would you give to your younger self?
Waiting to get what you want isn't an obstacle - it's a part of the process. Success doesn't happen by accident and it doesn't happen overnight.
What is one tip for people starting their own business?
Use YouTube! Okay, I'm a little bit biased, but it's one of the most powerful ways to build and connect with an audience who know, like and trust you and want to buy from you. Plus, there's waaaay less competition on YouTube vs other social platforms.
If you could be immortal, what age would you choose to stop ageing at and why?
Probably around 35 – I'll still look young(ish) but not so young that people will dismiss me and not take me seriously because they think I have no life experience.
